Hello all, new to the forum and this is my first post. Did these ribs and shoulder last weekend. I was trying out some new rub recipes. They turned out pretty good but will keep tweaking, needs to be a little sweeter. The family enjoyed them and had lots to take home.

Welcome from another relative newby.
Food looks great.
I think you will find this to be one of the best forums on the net. All the people here are great.
Great food here as well.
Look at the "throwdown" threads, you may want to get in on one too.
