Had to Add a Heat Transfer Plate to my Smoker

I had to add a heat transfer radius plate to my smoker. I had a problem with fire (sometimes) and heat hitting one end of the food toooo much, especially on the spit. I am currently rotoing a chicken now and it seems to be working great....

One day I'm gonna have to add some sort off a heat baffle to my offset. That looks like it should work pretty well. I recently learned if you cut and past the IMG code from photobucket (just copy the whole thing from the box below your pic). You can then put it where ever you paste in your post. You could then type some more and then cut and paste another pic. 800 x 600 is the pic size you want to use.

I just did a chicken on the roto with that piece in there is worked great. I just have it sitting in there so I can take it out when I just want to grill. Someone sent me the code to paste a pic but I lost it. Something like <img> url site including image.jpg </img> but it didn't work.
