bet you are gonna need more than the one intake at some point. Gonna do quite a bit of meat though.

Yep, I too think you will need more air intake. Really sweet build though.

Looking good but I agree, you will need more air intake. I could not get mine to get up to 250 with one intake.

Outstanding looking build. I would give my left <insert body part here> for a way to cut and weld an extra tall franken-smoker.

Can't wait to see some Q pron off that baby.

Hmm, I was looking at the pictures with the cut edge on top. Looks pretty sharp. What are you going to do to it to keep from cut on it. You need at least three air inlets. I use 2 inch round magnet to cover inlets. Cheap and works great. Looks great otherwise!

Nice!! I would suggest longer bolts for holding the food grates.

Outstanding Build.....Good Job.
I agree with the Doc, you may want to consider longer bolts for the grates to rest on....I used 1.75" long, 1/4-20 shoulder bolts for mine.

Nice build. I like the "skewer" approach for connecting the expanded metal to the grill for the charcoal basket. I'm going to have to "borrow" that idea.

Oh... didn't notice that at first. Yep... they need to be longer. You would not want to take that to a comp and dump three racks of ribs onto the charcoal because you used bolts that were too short... Not that I would know!!!!!
