I signed on this list a while back and im not sure if I ever said hello But anyway Hi ! I have been cooking BBQ for a while . I used to run a restauraunt a steak house and bar here in Albany . I do some judging but I dont compete . I cook on a BWS Competitor ,and a couple WSMs . Anyway this is a great site and i'll try to stop here more often
