Shawnee Great Grillers, Shawnee, KS - 9/26 & 27, 2008

Anyone in the know, I am planning out the rest of the year what comps I would like to cook. I am thinking about 4 more comps including the Royal. My question is who has cooked this event and what are your opinion's of this event? It falls on a weekend in Sept. that I have open. Would be a nice tune up before the Royal. Thanks in advance.

Randy: We cooked it last year and it was great other then the rain. Very organized and alot of great teams. We are doing it again this year and looking forward to it. I would highly recomend it and get a spot on the asphalt if you can just in case it rains!

We have never cooked it but have visited the past few years. It seems like a well run, fun event. A lot of great teams cook this one.
