6hr smoke time.

I'll let the pics tell the rest of the story.



Credentials;





Rubbed 2 days prior;





On the grill for the sear;
(the searing required both hands)





Off the grill and into the smoker;





Done!;





Separating the point from the flat;





First slices;





Sliced and shredded;

Looks nice. I love the shreaded beef with sauce and japs!

You said smoked 6hr. What temp dod you cook at? Mine usually take 12-18 hr at 200-225.

That's a great price for brisket ($1.25/lb). I hope you filled your freezer.
