Decided to give smoker a break this weekend. Went with a little grilling. Rib eyes were on special at many stores around here. Bought a few rib eyes, some country style pork, some wings. Also made burgers for the chiddren.... very nice.
![]() Used Plowboys rub on these. They were awesome! ![]() Used Pappy's prime rib rub on rib eyes. ALWAYS great. ![]() I like the smoked country style, using the 3-2-1 method. But they also taste great grilled. ![]() We busted out the fine china as you can see.... little chicken-macaroni salad and some mexican fried rice. Yummmmm..... ![]() My nephew decided he wanted a triple burger.... kids! ![]() Over all just a laid back 4th of July weekend. Not too much grilling... just enough! We also put some corn on the cob on the grill... just forgot to take pictures. But those were great also. I love to grill!
