About 4 hrs from start and going at 265* still. No food in, just seeing how long I can get from a basket (1 chimney of coals and dumped 1/2 chimney of unlit on top when I started). Experimenting.

I like it so far, have a 55 gal. I'm going to make in a few weeks. It was great meeting you in Hesperia this weekend. I had fun hanging with Dean most of the night, till our Makers Mark ran dry.....Hope to see you at the next bash at Norco's (if he invites me).
