Those look great!! Are those the Cosco ones?? I did them a while back, I actually diced up some Jalapenos in the cheese/cream cheese mixture...Back _ _ _ wards!! LOL!

Those are called "salad peppers" on the rare occasions I can find them at Sam's down here.
Yours look YUMMY!!!!

PooBah introduced me to those at Key Largo. He cut the end off and stuffed a "breakfast link" sausage in there!
I have since made them with the beef "smoky links" stuffed in.
