Default This will hit the spot!!

Here are a few items i threw on the WSM today! A large fattie with apple pie filling and onions and swiss cheese topped of with some Yardbird Rub. Some beef ribs with TexasBBQ Rub and a ring of Texas sausage.

How'd the fattie with apple pie, onions, and swiss taste? That seems like a pretty unique combo.

It tastes great! It reminds me a lot of Keri C's Hog Apple Beans except without the beans and Blues Hog. I use sausage in her recipe and the apple pie filling in the fattie gave it a very nice flavor. I thought it all went really well together!
