Default Chicken, Beef, Brats, etc

Here’s some chicken and the trimmings that I tried a new brine on and the htl grilling / smoking method and it worked pdg. You can do bout anything with the trimmings and next time I'm going to try the Dizzy Pig Chicken Dip with it. We are kinda hung up on flat irons, especially since I bought about 10 of em on sell here while back. We’re also hung up on the lo n slo on em (read: I don’t need not stinking black stuff on my steaks). You gotta try the new Stump’s Enchalada Drink – cold beer, clamato, hot sauce, woosturshire, and some bbq rub (I like mine over ice). The Enchalada and the steak really goes good together. Gotta give my boss a pat on the back – she has already canned 20 quarts of beans she picked at her brothers and our’s haven’t even started making yet.

I cannot see the pics due to our internet filter here at work...
It all sounds good though. Where did you hear about the drink?
Sounds interesting.

Great spread and interesting drink. Now who came up with that one?? Sounds like something discovered after many adult beverages during an all night cook!
