I figured it had to come from Texas but it really didn't. I took two huge taters and cut the ends off. Put them together to make one man size tater. I put butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, beef smoke sausage. BBQ sauce. And I eat almost the entire thang in one sitting.
