dessert turn in
I was at a backyard comp over the weekend and saw a great presentation for the dessert. Question:
 This was not a kcbs event, do you have to use the turn in box for a dessert category at a kcbs event. They used martini glasses for this one. Larry

Dessert isn't a KCBS category so the presentation is up to the contest organizer. Each competition is different. Check with the organizer for your event to be sure.
