Default First all-nighter (Pron added)

Starting off with 10 lb picnic shoulder @ 1:30 AM Tuesday morning
Add (2) 2 lb chuckies @ 7:00 AM
Add (3) racks ribs @ 9:00 AM
Around noon Tuesday... the ABT's and stuffed mushrooms.

Will add pron @ daybreak.
(Working with the modded BSKD)

Wish me luck... now for a power nap.

Got a few naps in between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM

All nighters with a BGE means stabilizing the temp, putting on the butts, make sure temp stabilizes and then go to bed! The smell of my pillow!!!
Large BGEs cook without any fussing with for over 20 hours on a full firebox of lump. Life of an Egghead is very good!
