how long is that bacon good for in the fridge in vacuum seal ? in the freezer I assume forever but how long in the regular cold box

That is some fantastic looking BBB!
I bag mine the same way. Someone asked about shelf life in refrig---I treat it just like regular smoked bacon. However you do that will work fine with Buck Board or (un) Canadian bacon.
