Team Butts N Gutts 1st. Competition

We are happy to announce that our team (Butts n Gutts) took 1st place in the pork butt, and 2nd place in pork ribs, at the Hog Happening event, held at Lincolnton, NC. This event was sanctioned by KCBS.
We want to thank everyone who gave us great advice and suggestions on these forums. We will get some pics posted up soon.
