Default looking for tips...

While out on a meat drive... came across stuffed mushroom with crabmeat. Thinking along the lines of ABT's... thinking 1 hour?

Didn't find anything on the search platform...

What say you Brethren?

If they are small ones, I don't think they will even take an hour. I oil them and spray the pan and put them in the cooker at 250* to 275*. On occasion, at the end of the cook, I will pour about 1/8 cup of water on the pan and cover with a deep lid. This steaming takes about 1 minute.

I wish I could help you because I don't know, but there is a little seafood place in Center Moriches out here on the Island that has them as an appetizer and they are to die for. The mushrooms and a 3 lbs lobster and I will think I died and went to heaven.
