Default **Luau Party Cook w/massive PRON!**

End of the school year and my son's Fraternity sponsors a Luau themed party and I was asked to cook the meats for the occassion. It was an all out smoker assault on the deck at Casa Bizzaro!

6 Butts on the WSM's started at 9PM Thursday

15 hours and the twins were rock steady the whole cook!
Foiled and into the Smokette to hold.

Next up we have 22 lbs of thighs marinated with Italian dressing and half with Italian/Balsamic dressing, dusted with Yardbird.

Fired up the Three Amigos and got down to business!

20 lbs of Party Wings in Italian/Balsamic dusted with Spicewines Hen n' Hog.
Notice the raised grate? Very easy to work with!

Added a chimney of briq to each of the Twins and we're off and running again!

JD was to be the Go-To Guy on the Shrimp Kabobs, but he came down with the Rugrat Flu and was recovering, so please don't beat me down for firing up the gasser! Three different marinades, Key Lime, Jerk, and Seasme Ginger.

I got to the Frat house about 45 minutes late and the cook had been fending off the ravenous horde! I was still pulling the butts as they were serving!

I'm tired! My son really appreciated it! He's going to persue a Chemical Engineering Degree at the University of Washington. I'm a proud papa!

Long distance pat-on-the-back for that cook!
I don't think I've ever fired 6 of my cookers at the same time. Way to go!

Nice job Brian! I like that cart for the WSMs. The Smokette just gave me an epiphany for the Big Chief, got me a holder now, thanks!!!! Thinking a 3rd rack in the UDS too, put some legs on my 18 rack off the old smoker and it will fit nicely between the top and bottom racks! (like there's not enough room in it already) I'm assuming you just put some big flat washers on the bottom of the legs.

It looks great. I am sure your son is the talk of the frat now.

I have been looking for some good shrimp recipes. Are you willing to share?
