I know Bill has the teams listed that are coming, but I am wondering who all from here is on his list to attend. If someone has a Brethren flag, we can get a group picture for posterity.

Also, if you are bringing any children, let me know how many... I have a treat that I try to bring just for them....

Hi Ron It's in central Virginia July 18 & 19. It's sanctioned by the mid-atlanic BBQ Assoc and next year will be KCBS sanctioned. I also hear that there are 35 teams now and has a Gov. proclamation!

Ok, I'm off the rest of the week getting ready for our first comp!!! I'm nervous and excited all wound up into one big hairy bundle of joy.

I thought I was the only one allowed to take the rest of the week off....

I am leaving out Thursday morning sometime. I hear that the early arrivals will have a better chance at the GC....

So far I see only two kids are coming for me to spoil.... I sure hope they like what I am bringing. My grandkids do... they can't get enough. (And the best part, it is good for them)...
