Things are going pretty good, they are moving faster than expected but good never the less.
1 – Briskets
1- Butts
16 – Piece chicken (breast and thighs)
2 – Racks of ribs
Slaw, tater salad, BBQ Beans, Banana Pudding

How many people are expected for that amount of food ? What was your model for figuring cost per head ?

The lady just called and requested the meat amounts and wanted sides to feed at least 20. Also wanted to know how the leftover food will travel to Ohio so they can take it to the kids at collage.

She should be here around 3:00 to pick up.
