Default Grilling is good but Smoking is better.

My Co-worker is a member of the Brethren and found me a smoker for $20 and now I have hopes of a Smoke filled weekend. I can use all the advice I can get so please pour it on me.

Welcome to the asylum! Who is your coworker?

We'll be able to give you better advice if you tell us what kind of smoker you have.
