Default Seattle Spring Training...

Swamprb and I did a tune up yesterday in Seattle. We took 6th place overall...(thanks to Brian)...his chicken and tri-tip took two second place finishes... unfortunately my ribs and sausage bombed... Here are a few pics...

I had Brethren Mojo working for me! From rubs and sauces, smoke wood, chicken schmaltzing, box preperation, you name it! I appreciate all the help and advice I've gotten thats gotten us here-and we got a looong way to go! Here's a few more pics. Enjoy!
