Default nascar all star nachos

pulled pork & chopped brisket leftovers on nachos for the nascar race.pics the recipe






the beans are pintos w/ pecan/mesquite smoked porknecks & fiesta fajita spice,garlic,& onion
the queso is 1/2 block velveeta, 1 can mild rotels, 4 cloves(not bulbs ) smoked garlic 1/2 yellow onion,1/2 tbsp comino(cumin-for the yankees) 1/2 bottle yer favorite salsa,1/4 cup sliced jalapenos,1 tbsp cilantro( you can add salt at any time- i never cook w/ salt due to high blood pressure people

Btw- made some pico w/ mater,onion,garlic,jaeles,lemon, cilantro & parsley- filledthe avas w/ that- shoulda used an icecream scoop to make it purty- blame it on the mango rum drinks
