Default Ham and Cheese (Phyllo)

Trying something new here.

four sheets for a base

a little ham

then the cheese (feta and goat) with a little spinach

then some more phyllo

Then more ham......you get the idea....

Five sheets on top

On to the smoker at 350

Finished product to come..........

Excellent concept Brewmaster. Those look really really good.
How long in the cooker at 350?

BTW, I too like the pan. Very nice.

Those are "drop biscuit pans" and they have a bunch of other uses, from cornbread to cinnamon rolls..... the phylo stackers look really good. The cups are about an inch deep.
