Question Trimming spares

Seems like I remember a video on here somewhere about how to trim spares. I think Big Mista did it , but I can't find it. I tried a search but no luck. This sound familiar to anyone or am I dreaming? It's too early in the morning to start drinking, so that can't be the problem.

Well this isn't Mista trimming spares (I could tell cause this guy isn't surrounded by Jimmy Dean Sausage) but it is a decent one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_MGM_RRTUQ

That's the one, thanks. Mista did the one on how to trim a brisket. My mistake.
