Default Texas Pepper Jelly Secrets

How are you all using Texas Pepper Jelly? Is it mostly mixed with a base sauce for a glaze on ribs?

I assume you mean the Rib Candy. I mix it in with Blues Hog. However I do want to try it on it's own after the other sauce has been added to the meat and set.

Heck. The jellies are great as is OR mixed in with a glazing recipe. The Rib Candy is a great stand alone last step mop for ribs, but also has many other uses as well, even as a topping on ice cream. Just plain good stuff.

Our main problem with the jellies is that they just don't last long enough to make it into a glaze or sauce. The cream cheese and crackers keep getting in the way.
