Default Some BBB Pron

Sliced up some Buckboard Bacon last night and had some breakfast for dinner...bacon,eggs and a couple pancakes. Did two butts one Maple, one regular, both smoked with Maplewood. Vac sealed down about 16 bags......gonna have plenty of bacon for awhile!!

It looks great as does that slicer.

Did you cook it to 140* or take it to 165* so you could eat after slicing?
