Default Saturday's Pizzas

Planned to make a pastrami pizzer with sour kraut and a 3 pepper mustard sauce (out of a jar) but forgot the sour kraut so we just cooked up some shrooms, peppers, and onions but then we forgot to add the 1K Island too, but it was still pdg but Ms Driver should have put lots more pastrami than she did though. Then I had these itty pieces of chicken and did one with them too and both of em was bread machine dough with a mix of bread flour, whole wheat flour, and rye. Next ones and I can’t wait, is gonna be the whole batch of dough made into a larger pie on one Primo pizzer stone and without the fire bricks under it. I figure that will be just right to time a pizzer getting cooked in about 30 min from the time I start the fire in this little Tailgater.

I love pizza on the smoker we seem to always make hot wing pizza when we do. I mint have to try your flavor sometime.
