Fired the UDS up again today.
Put a chuck roast, a rack of spares, and some homemade Polish sausage on. She held 230* all day. I had one temp spike when I pulled the sausage and put the spares on. She leveled right back out. Ive been running it with only one vent open and she handles perfectly. Man I love this cooker! ![]() ![]() Race snacks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
