I've never been a fan of lamb...too funky for my tastebuds...but I'd have to hit those!

ya know, i've heard people say that lamb was too "gamy" for them... this was NOT "gamy" at all. the chops are like sweet beef steak and the lollipops are like... HEAVEN! and the boneless legs were like tender and sweet and good and nice and tasty!

so good, my niece and nephew couldn't get enough!

i submit to you, if you've had lamb that was "funky" or "gamy" it was bad meat or wasn't prepared properly

Gotta fess up here a bit bro...most of my lamb tasting experience was when I was in the Navy on board a ship or two. It was served up with mint jelly...the most horrible stuff I've ever tasted in my life. I HAVE had a decent rack on occasion at a nice restaurant that was pretty good washed down with a nice Cabernet.
