BOD meeting 3-12

The next meeting of the BOD is March 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hilton at KCI Airport. Every KCBS member is welcome to attend.

A few issues to highlights on the agenda:
1. Rep Assignment proceedures
2. Conflict of Interest review of all covered members (includes all BOD members.
3. Amendment to bylaws
4. KCBS Boad Nepotism Policy
5. Telephone/Electronic access to BOD meetings
6. Kookers Kare application.

To speak at the meeting you must register in writing though the office by 7:00 p.m. Tues March 11.

Can you tell us what the proposed amendment to the Bylaws is?

Will the "covered members" being reviewed for conflicts of interest include the marketing company?
