Default Updated pics of Super Secret Area 51 Smoker

A couple more pics of the Tar River Teams new (under Construction) Smoker. The first shot is of some laser alignment we used to set some alignment points on the inside. The next pis is of the firebox configuration. The tank itself is 31" wide and 60" long, the firebox is 24" square. The almost completed project is about 13' long to give a little perspective and thought provoking wondering. More pics to come, The last pic I sent was not of me reaching in to flip food, HA HA, it was my brother Charlie doing some inside welding. He is the chief structual welder on this project.

I've been to Area 51. No chit. Damn near got arrested at the gate. Stayed at the little Ali-Inn in Rachel, NV. Long, very strange story.

Great looking smoker.

Going reverse flow on this one. Most of the steel is 1/4" thick, 1/2" would be beyound our working abilities. Nice to dream of. Just took it for its first road test. Pulled well, of couarse the turn signals got wired up backwards?
