Been goin about 11 hrs now, temps in the 180 range on all 4 butts.

Well, 14 hr's later and the drum is finally out of charcoal.....started with about 10 lb's!!
Butts are at about 200 but need a lil more so threw em in the oven.

I think they came out great, taste was fantastic on my sample piece (read that piece's).
Longest cook yet and am very pleased with the results, didn't want to run 2 drums today so stuffed em into 1.
Can't wait to get a weber lid and a 2nd rack!!

Exactly, lifted the lid a couple times to spray and take pics and temp hardly fluttered like when i have only 1 butt on!!
