Consumers have avoided MSG in the past because they believed it causes headaches, heart palpitations and other health problems. Although those myths all have been proved false, consumers still try to avoid the flavor enhancer. Despite this, some cooks and food companies have remained dedicated to the compound."

Yep I am a firm believer in MSG. Good stuff! It happens to be in most everything everybody eats as well.
