I got inspired from the earlier weeks posting as well.
Doing spares for dinner tonight and put a scotch 6 egg fatty with sliced cheddar and mild Italian sausage on about an hour after the ribs went on. Not sure how fast it will cook, but hope it will be done before the ribs to give us some munching and then the remainder for breakfast in the AM.
