Competition BBQ Class in Summerville, SC
All,
This is a little late in coming but I wanted to send out a note to complement Jack Waiboer, Ron, Gordon and the rest of the instructors and judges from the SCBA for a great cooking school in Summerville SC this past weekend. If you are in the SC I would highly recommend taking the opportunity to attend their classes in Charleston (Summerville), Myrtle Beach and I think in the Greenville area. The class I attended was in competition format and the opportunity to observe the judges and ask them questions regarding what they are looking for in the judging was great. Kudos to the SCBA for an excellent resource for us backyard cookers considering getting into the competetion circuit.
