I'm not sure of that Phillip. This is the worst year in almost 30 years for snow... Although, we use the snow banks to our advantage up here. You can stick a bottle of the nectar of the God's in the snow bank and you don't need a cooler... If I was you, I would bring some long pants.. Just in case...

Are you and Kathy going to go down early to Hammond? I just finalized all of our plans for my week long adventure of eating Cajun/Creole food... I am going to get fatter, that's for sure...

Kathy & I will be down there, probably on Wednesday afternoon. Could possibly be on Tuesday afternoon. Let me know your schedule.

I found one thing I didn't like about it. " Spectators from around the country will have the opportunity to be a judge in the people's choice, participate in cooking demonstrations, and INTERACT WITH THE COMPETITORS AS THEY COMPETE.

That leads to trouble during turn in time with people thinking they can come and go inside your kitchen as they please.

Looking like a go for us on this one. I will probably only do this, Shannon and one other

I think that is for the People's Choice, isn't it? If people think they are going to interact with me, I will sic Glenn on them...

I hope so. It becomes a free for all otherwise.

Big Sign "ABSOLUTELY NO interacting with Scottie. Violators will be violated"

I'll probably think about you as I pass Chicago early Thrusday morning on my way to the GAB. Had fun with you at Westmount last year and may do it again next year. Just want to cook the Invitational this year.

Anybody thinking of doing a contest that weekend, they put on a good show for the cooks. I'd recommend it if you're not heading to KC.
