Default Inside cook but good

Sorry not pics because I still shoot film.

I won't get to BBQ for another month so I'm cooking inside during the cold weather. Tonight is was French style dry roasted chicken with roasted vegetables and instead of corn it was Jalapeno cheese grits. A bit of leftovers but the grits will be nibbled on until gone.
