Brined for 2 hr's, slathered in mayo, rubbed and cooked at 325ish with some Pecan for smoke...

Bubba can you tell us which slather you like better? Mustard or Mayo?

Have NEVER done mustard on chicken but i like the mayo on bird, the oil seem's to help crisp up the skin and alway's give's it a nice color!
