Default Blizzard '08 in Ohio, but we're still Smokin!

Brothers, we just got the worst snot snow I have seen in 30 years. 33 straight hours of snow, that started at about 7am on Friday morning, and just ended at 4pm on Saturday. My area was one of the hardest hit, but we still smoked up some pulled pork in this mess. Some pron for your viewing pleasure...

My front yard at 7am on Friday morning just as the snow was starting....

Roast finished at 330 Friday afternoon....

What I woke up to at 10am Saturday morning....

My wife said I had to take a Brethren picture showing that our drifts were up to my knees....
9. Knee deep on Saturday Morning.JPG

Grilling on the kettle for my family and the neighbors at 11am Saturday....
10. Grilling Burgers Saturday 11 AM.JPG

When the snow finally finished at 415 Saturday afternoon....

We got 18 inches of snow in 33 hours, and drifts up to 3 feet. But just so you farkers from the south know, WE SMOKE IN ANY WEATHER IN OHIO! OLD MAN WINTER CAN KISS MY A$$!

Gotta go, my beer is empty and I need to start the ECB back up for the chicken quarters I'm making for dinner. See ya all at Spice's Bar in a bit.

We've got over 12" at my house... and it's not stopping yet, though the sun was out briefly. It's gorgeous, and my neighbor plowed my driveway, so I should be able to get out eventually. I wish it had been cleared earlier; I wanted to cook this weekend!
