It will be a great class. I've got a conflict or I would be there as well.
Donny told me last week that cooks are coming in from all over, and the class was well over half full. Donny and Bart are both cooking all four categories, on their own cookers. If you've ever wondered what the deal is with "hot and fast", this is the class to take. These guys don't even fire up those Horizons until about 4am...
