First cook on new UDS this Sunday........

Played hookey from work today to burn out my UDS. Pressure washing it tomorrow and finishing the assembly.Got a wedding to attend on Saturday afternoon so it looks like Sunday will be my first cook. Got some nice shoulders and might try a brisket. My thanks goes to all the Drumheads here that posted pics and advice on building one. This cook will be dedicated to all the "Drumheads." Special thanks to Chinesebob and bigmista for inspiring me to build it.
