I think this is a little over the top and trying to scare people. Saying she found over 20 microorganisms on a lemon wedge is ridiculous. I mean, it's a fruit. It was exposed to lots of stuff just growing, and while living and breaking down there are lots of microorganisms involved in these natural processes. This lady is jsut trying to frighten people. How many people are getting sick from eating lemon slices exactly? Where is the problem? Now, if they did not wipe and sanitize a cutting board before putting ht elemon on it and slicing it, then that is bad, but I doubt THAT is happening at 77% of restaurants with every lemon they slice.

That sounded a little high to me too. Fuddruckers is a disapointment too.
