Default Hold Em & Hit Em - Texas (1/18-19)

This is the start of the second half of our season and we go through until June 1st. This cookoff in Houston starts tomorrow. I leave at 8:00am Yeee Haw! This year we maxed out at 140 teams. It's going to be in the low thirties friday night and clear. Great prize money too. It's a great weekend for cooking.

well it was definitely cold and rainy ended up with 133 teams and we didn't do worth a crap was very happy with the brisket & chicken the ribs were a little off. with that many teams you can really be screwed if you hit the wrong table and never make it to the final round table they only took 17 to the final table. at least in the KCBS you have to only please the six judges? Oh well it's of to San Antonio to cook with Crapshoot BBQ and Zilla next weekend should be a blast

No pictures to darn cold sorry
