Default Grilled Bayou Salmon

I grilled some salmon over the weekend. It was so tasty I thought I'd share the recipe here.

You will need:

Salmon
Todd's Bayou Dirt
Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt free Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Lemon Juice



I trimmed the thinner pieces away from the fillet to cook separately because they will cook faster and were the cook's treat.

I sprinkled the juice of half a lemon per side on the salmon then seasoned both sides with Todd's Dirt, Magic SF seasoning and cayenne pepper.



I put it in my keg at 325F using a diffuser and let it cook until it was medium rare to medium on the inside. I guess it was about 12 - 15 minutes of cooking time. There was no need to flip it during the cook.
