Went to another planning meeting last night. I think you guys will like it, as York and I, both being competitors and on the planning board are looking out for the cookers best interests.

The only negative I see is that it is in downtown Washington, which can get a little crowded, but they are making arrangements to facilitate getting out on Saturday. They are scheduling the entertainment to have a break after awards, as well as crowd control so as to allow easier departure.

If you have a larger trailer / rig, tell Aimee Frye (coordinator) that you do, she'll take care of you. Applications are going to the printer today and should be online soon as well.
