Default double smoked spiral cut ham

Thank you to all that posted recomendations for double smoked spiral cut hams. The wrapping of the cheese cloth soaked in butter was most helpfull. I usually have a good supply of pecan and some one recomended the mild smoke of pecan. Also the glaze with the torch, It turned out perfect!!!12-27-2007 001.jpg
