For me in Michigan it would have to be the Silver Lake comp, best one in Michigan IMHO.

Jason - Since we have only done 2 that's a hard one for us. I'm thinking Dover because it's big with lots of tough competition. Or maybe Salisbury, MD because it's the earliest we can get to. I notice that you didn't say what your is.

That's a tough one since you're in the NE and I'm in the mecca of contest land. For me, it would have to be the Capitol City Cook-Off right here at home. I don't think I could do just ONE though. I only got to do three last year and that nearly killed me.

i'm picking The Battle Of The BBQ Brethren! it was the first one we ever did, everyone involved had a great time and it's right in our back yard, but i'm looking foward to Grillin' On The Bay.
