Enough drums for all the MOFO

If anybody in mid mo is looking for drums, I found the motherload. Civic recycling in columbia gets all of the drums from our local Quaker Oats factory. All of them have had food products in them and have removeable lids. they are selling them for $7.50 ea.

That sounds like a great deal

Just make sure the guys at Civic don't confuse them with the drums they get from Quaker Oil

I got an idea. Ashmont offered to host a bash this Spring at his ranch (a little south of Rolla). This would be an ideal place to build a bunch and burn them in. Any comments?

You just pay the gal in the office at Civic and she says go out there and pick which ones you want.

I don't know why oil drums get such a bad rap. They have no food-grade liner to worry about and oil is one of the things that we know for sure will burn off easily.

If it has a Spicewine sticker on it, it will be quality for sure.
