You're stealing my ideas, PH! I was thinking of a small SS mixing bowl, though.
Gonna probably cook them Friday night, chill, then gently warm them up while cooking eggs & spuds in the morning.

When they cook on the outside of a bowl-shaped object until crisp, they should retain the shape of the bowl. Then you can fill 'em!

I'm definitely making a bacon basket for the holidays. Actually just bought some of these bacon mints which I could serve in the bacon bowl.

Seriously though, a bacon bowl could be very useful. Besides the breakfast bowl, you could also use as a salad bowl, for dip, to put ABT's in, wear as a hat for snacking, I could go on forever.
